About Us

East Sussex Early Days CIC was formed in 2023 to take over the running of the Breast Mates groups and expand support options for infant feeding in East Sussex.

Infant feeding can have an enormous impact on the mental health of parents and we hope that early home support will improve families' feeding experiences, and in doing so have a positive impact on their mental health.

Our directors are all passionate about supporting breast/chestfeeding; however we offer a completely non-judgemental approach and aim for parents to feel supported in their feeding decisions, whatever they are.

We hope that East Sussex Early Days CIC will expand further to support parents with other aspects of parenting by gaining funding to run free workshops for families, particularly for those who may be struggling financially.
