About East Sussex Early Days CIC
East Sussex Early Days CIC was founded in 2023 to continue running the Breast Mates groups and to expand infant feeding support across East Sussex. We know infant feeding can have a huge impact on parents’ mental health. By offering early home support, we aim to make feeding a more positive experience and to support family wellbeing. Our directors are passionate about breast/chestfeeding, but we always take a non-judgemental approach. Parents are supported in their feeding choices — whatever they may be. Looking ahead, we plan to grow our support by offering free parenting workshops, with a focus on families experiencing financial challenges.

We hope that East Sussex Early Days CIC will expand further to support parents with other aspects of parenting by gaining funding to run free workshops for families, particularly for those who may be struggling financially.
